Thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the Eiffel Tower, service and food magnificent. The cruise wasn''t quite so enjoyable, I did not expect to be having a cruise with around 200 other people, and queueing for so long, and as we ended up in the middle of the boat all we saw were the walls of the riverbank. The commontary also kept breaking down. As it was also quite cold and wet so we couldn''t go outside the boat. The Moulin Rouge was magnificent, a perfect end to the day. Show was great, service was great, but yet again as it seems to be in Paris. Queue''s were very long and when we finally got into the show it was rush, rush to get to our seating. Also could have had a little more room around the tables.
All up, it was a very good service provided by you. Our driver was very informative and an all round nice Guy......
Thanks again |

Hello, I am just sending a courtesy email to thank you very much for a fantastic night on 6th December to the Eiffel Tower and Moulin Rouge. The evening went amazingly and the staff were excellent. I am sorry, I forget their names but I''m sure you know who was on that night. I proposed to my girlfriend after dinner up the Tower and she said yes. You made it a perfect night to do this and I would like to thank you greatly. If I''m ever in Paris again, which I''m sure I will be, I will definately use your company again. Thank you. |

We went to Paris on the 20th to the 27 of July, 2012 and we decided to book this tour to see the beautiful Paris. The driver was waiting for us downstairs at the hotel and was very polite. He drove us and 2 other couple to the Eiffe at Tower, and we did not have to wait in line to catch the elevator that takes 20 minutes wait. Once up at the
restaurant 58 we had a delicious dinnere and the waiter even took our picture. At 8:30 pm had to catch a boat tour and again we did not have to wait in line to purchase the tickets he took care of everything. The boat tour was delightfule and informative of the history. Then we expected the same when we came to the Moulin Rouge and expected to not wait in line but, we did. We did wait for 45 minutes. This was the only sad point about booking that we expected not to which in line. Yet, it was a lovely show after all and it finished at 1:00 am. The whole thing was very good. |

We enjoyed very much the tour. Every thing worked fine. The only problem was the rain, but the weather is beyond your control. |
Feedback on 11/6/2011 from Christine
The tour guide was ever so polite and made an effort to have us seated on time in both venues. Good value and we were glad we booked through you. It was a little rushed, but that may have been due to bookings at both venues needing to synchronise. |
Feedback on 10/27/2011 from OSCAR
Everything was OK, but the scheduled time for dinner (9 pm) don''t let enough time to have dinner comfortably, because you have to take the elevator down at 10 pm in order to reach the van at 10:20 pm for the trip to the Moulin Rouge and, as you may know, the restaurant 58 is always full, so you have to wait to be served. Should be better if you can enter the restaurant for dinner around 7 pm. | Management response :
Thank you for your insight which is very much appreciated. Paul |

Dinner Eiffel Tower & Moulin Rouge Show
Excellent driver who helped us deal with the lines. Very good dinner and service. Seats at Moulin Rouge were just OK, far from the stage, but about what I expected. |
Feedback on 2/22/2011 from Karl
I have had email from Arnaud previously in response to inconvenience I encountered on my trip. I understand that Paris Trip do not run the restaurant in the Eiffel Tower, but the service we received (not the fault of the waiter) was less than satisfactory and the fact that we had to leave dinner to rejoin our tour before completing our main course and subsequent courses took away from what was to be a very special weekend.
That said, we could not fault Oscar our tour guide. | Management response :
Bonjour Karl,
First I would like to thank you very much for your feedback and I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience encountered during your tour. I've talked to Arnaud who told me that he was taking care of it. I hope we'll still have the opportunity to serve you on your next stay in paris.
Thanks and Best Regards,
Paul |
