This is one of our highlights of our trip to Paris. Easy check in at the dock, seated promptly, seating was comfortable. Amazing views and the waiter was good about pointing out sights and serving! Entertainment was subtle not loud and overbearing. The food was really good, as was the wine. Highly recommend th Seine Dinner Cruise. |

Highly recommended. My mother and I booked the Premiere class of seats and it is worth the price. Five-star dining on the Seine - a lovely cruise viewing all the beauty of Paris. Service was great, wine and champagne free-flowing, delicious meal, and Youssef, our driver was there waiting for us at 11:00 pm when we arrived back to take us to our hotel. This was a memorable and wonderful experience I will repeat with my husband when he and I return to Paris again. |

Just a note to say, thank you so much for organizing such a fantastic Dinner Cruise on behalf of our company. We had such a wonderful night from beginning to end, and was the high-light of our trip to Paris. From beginning to end, it was a memorable, special night. Thank you |

A great experience. The best date that I ever had. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic evening. The only fault that we had with the cruise was that the band could have started earlier to allow for more dancing. |

We had a wonderful experience on our dinner cruise. The food was fantastic and we were treated like royalty. We especially appreciated the round trip ride. It made a very big difference to us! |

This cruise was phenomenal. The driver of the bus that picked us up at our hotel was wonderful at pointing out sights to us. The food was exceptional, the waiters were great and the music, singer and violinist were wonderful. The lights of the city at night are beautiful. It was our first time to Paris and the Dinner cruise was a memorable one. Our compliments to all." George w., United States, July 2007 |

Although the service was slow initially, it improved as the evening progressed. The food and wine was lovely and our evening (a group of 5) was delightful. |

Was a beautiful way to spend our last night in Paris. Would have been nice for them to have beer on board for the men. |
Feedback on 7/23/2011 from Elizabeth
We were collected promptly and greeted politely at our hotel. The lady assisting the driver was very helpful and escorted onto the correct boat for the dinner. The dinner cruise intself was a very enjoyable experience. However, sadly our evening ended in disappointment when the car arrived 20 minutes later than the pick up time given to us. By this stage we were the only people left standing at the dock, everyone else had been picked some ten minutes earlier. We were about to leave to try to find a taxi when the car arrived with other passengers. Unfortunately, whilst we were told that they were running late no apology was given. My husband''s 60th birthday was spoilt somewhat by this experience and I would not choose to use this tour company again for this reason. |

I booked your Dinner Cruise-Premier for the night of 27/06/12 well in advance of our trip to Paris for myself, wife, daughter, and granddaughter. We had taken this cruise on two previous occasions in Paris and were well satisfied. Based on your web page for this cruise and our previous experiences, we expected to be seated at the front of the boat with excellent views and that proper attire would be Jacket and Tie. When we arrived at the boat we found that was no dress code - some passengers were dressed in jeans and knit shirts and we felt very out of place since we were dressed according to what your web stated would be required. My wife daughter and granddaughter were dressed in evening attire and I wore a Jacket and tie as required. Also,we were not seated at the front of the boat but at a table for two (there were four of us) just adjacent to the waiter''s station at the rear of the front section with no view at all for two of our party other than the waiter''s station. Also, we did not receive a choice of after dinner drinks as advertised on your web page. Needless to say we were all very disappointed. We would have been better off paying for the Etoile service and saved ourselves 320,00 Euros (80,00 Euros per person) since the Etoile was the level of service and seating we received. |
